Heath Perkins  - Owner/ Instructor

Graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems. He also received his M.B.A. from Norwich University in Vermont. While in college Heath cheered for the University of Georgia and Austin Peay State University. Heath also performed in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Centennial Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Heath has over 17 years of cheerleading coaching experience and has coached competitive cheerleading teams to numerous regional, state, and national titles. Additionally, he has helped Columbus State University become one of the top Division II cheerleading programs in the Nation. Heath is also an Instructor for the School of Applied Business at Columbus Technical College. Heath is Emergency First Responder, CPR, and AED for children/ adult and First Aid instructor.

Joey Gill (Manager)

Graduated from Winder-Barrow High School.  He cheered for five years with Columbus State University and finished in the top five every year.  His last year in college he received the Rebecca “Granny” Davis Award (cheerleader of the year).  Joey also cheered for two years in high school and on All-Stars, where he won many regional and national titles.  He has coached cheerleading and tumbling for nine years, and has coached teams to over fifty regional, state, and national titles.  Joey is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and an Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Clint Perkins (Assistant Manager/Instructor)

Graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Nutrition Science. Clint was the captain of the Division 1 cheer team at Georgia Southern University. He led the GSU Eagles to three consecutive top five finishes at the UCA College Nationals. Clint also performed in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Centennial Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally, he was a member of the UCA staff for four years. Clint is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Mandy Hood (All-Stars Director/Instructor)

Graduated from Shiloh High School and Columbus State University. Mandy currently teaches Pre-K at St. Thomas. Additionally, she was a part of the competition cheerleading squad all four years of high school. The squad placed first at the State Competition in 2002. She was also a three time All-American cheerleader. Mandy is a member of the Columbus State University Cheerleading squad and has been for four years now. The team placed second in 2004 and second in 2005 at UCA College Nationals. Mandy is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and the Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Marquise Strong - (Summer Camp Director / Instructor / All-Star Coach)

Graduated from Shiloh High School and also cheered for three years as a member of the S.W.A.T Team, Shiloh’s Varsity competition team.  He was a member of the 2002 State Championship team and was an All-American in 2003. He has won numerous individual stunt-off honors in both school and All-Stars.  Marquise was also a member of the nationally ranked Columbus State University Large Coed cheerleading squad.  He has been coaching cheerleading and tumbling for more than 12 years and has lead teams to numerous regional and national championships.  He is also a choreographer who has worked with many teams in both GHSA and All-Stars as well as internationally with the DoD.  Marquise is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification and Emergency First Response, and is CPR certified.

Steven Torres (Instructor)

Graduated from Central High School. Steven is a former member of the North American Sport Karate Association Tour, where he was the National and World Champion in Men’s Forms for four years in a row. Steven has instructed karate and tumbling for over seven years, and has been coaching cheerleading for over four years. Steven is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and the Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Drew Lyons (Instructor / All-Star Coach)

Graduated from Troup High School. Drew currently attends Columbus State University and is majoring in Geology. He was a part of his high school cheerleading squad for 3 years. Drew was a member of the 2008 UCA college national champions with Columbus State University. Drew also cheered for the Python All-Stars. Drew is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Brittny Shackelford (Instructor / All-Star Coach)

Graduated from Shaw High School in 2007.  Brittny was a member of the Shaw High School cheerleading squad for 3 years and cheered as a Python All-Star for 4 years including an undefeated season and more than 15 national titles. She also cheered for 2 years on the nationally ranked Columbus State Cheerleading team.  She has coached cheerleading and tumbling for the past 8 years.  Brittny is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and an Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Zach Walker (Instructor)

Cheered varsity one year at Smiths Station High School.  He graduated from Evangel Christian Homeschooling Academy.  Zach has cheered on senior level All-Star teams since he was thirteen and has won CheerSport Nationals five times.  He was also a member of teams that won UCA and NCA Nationals.  He went undefeated during his last year of All-Star cheerleading in 2010-2011 and become a World Champion that year as well.  He cheered in college at Wallace State Community College in 2012 where he placed fourth at Nationals in 2013.  Zach coached a level five team in Hanceville, AL while in college and coached 5 years prior to that.  He is attending CVCC in the spring, where he will begin studying for Special Education.  Zach is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and an Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Charles Moore (Instructor)

Graduated from Shiloh high school in 2012.  He was GHSA cheerleader for three of his 4 years in high school. Charles was also a part of the Georgia Comet All Stars for two years, followed by the level 5 program at Atlanta Jayhawks.  He competed with CSU at NCA College Nationals and finished in 2nd place.  Charles is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and an Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Cassidy Drysdale - (Summer Camp Instructor)

She is a graduate of Columbus High School. She currently attends University of Georgia majoring in Early Childhood Education. Cassidy cheered all 4 years of high school and was part of the 2008 State Champion team. Cassidy has also won several national titles on the Python All-Stars. As a former Columbus State University cheerleader, Cassidy was a 2011 UCA college national runner-up and placed 4th in the UCA Partner Stunt competition. Cassidy is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Dominic Watts (Instructor)

Graduated from Coffee High School. Dominic cheered for one year in high school then went on to cheer for Faulkner State Community College for two years. He then enrolled at Columbus State University and cheered for CSU for 2 years. Dominic is majoring in Health and Physical Education. Dominic is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification and Emergency First Responder and is CPR certified.

Kody Sanders (Instructor)

Graduated from Winder-Barrow High School in 2012.  Kody was an All American in 2011 and also a State Champion that same year.  He cheered at Columbus State University for 2 years and placed 2nd at NCA Nationals. Ragan Jackson - (Receptionist)

Graduated from Harris County High School in 2015.  Ragan cheered on the high school competition cheer team for 2 years and has been working at United for 4 months.  Currently, Ragan attends Columbus State University pursuing a degree in Nursing.  Ragan is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and an Emergency First Response and is CPR certified.

Sydney Quinton - Office Manager

Sydney graduated from Troup High School where she cheered Varsity Competition for 4 years.  She was captain of the Varsity team for 2 years.  Sydney has also been a part of the Python All-Stars for 5 years.  Currently, Sydney attends Southern Union pursuing a degree in Horticulture.  Sydney is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification, and an Emergency First Responder for first aid and CPR.

Cameron Cato - (Instructor)

Cameron graduated from Troup High School in …  Cato cheered for two years at Troup and was also an all-star at United for 3 years.  He is currently enrolled at LaGrange College in the nursing program.  Cato is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification and Emergency First Responder and is CPR certified.

Caitlin Wessinger (Instructor)

Caitlin is currently a senior at Callaway High School and a dual enrollment student at West Georgia Technical College.  She cheered for four years in high school and was the captain her senior year at Callaway.  After graduation she plans on attending Georgia State University where she plans to continue her cheer career.  Caitlin plans on majoring in Media and Public Relations.  Caitlin is certified through the United Cheerleading Instructor and Safety Certification and Emergency First Responder and is CPR certified.

Isaiah Garris - (Instructor)

Isaiah is currently a junior enrolled at LaGrange College.  He played football and ran track throughout his four years of high school but spent one of those years learning and helping with stunting at GA All-Stars.  He then played football at Point University for one year and LaGrange College the next year, where he is majoring in Exercise Science.  He began working as an Instructor at United Cheerleading during that time as well.  He is a certified United Cheerleading Instructor, First Aid and is CPR certified

Dominic Watts (Instructor)
