
What happens after my child’s free trial class?
You have the option to enroll permanently in the class. Simply, stop by the front desk and our staff will assist you with this procedure. Please note that our system will remove trial class students at the end of the class; therefore, that spot may be filled if you are not permanently enrolled.
When will I receive my billing reminder?
A monthly billing reminder will be sent via email on the 26th of each month. Please be sure the email address provided is correct for billing purposes.
How and when do I pay?
You are more than welcome to pay in person at the front desk or via our website at
unitedcheerleading.com (Pay Now). Fees are due on the 1st and late after 8:00pm on the 5th of each month. Services will not be rendered for an unpaid balance on the 6th of each month.
What circumstance would cause my child to be dropped from a class?
If a child is absent between the 1st and 5th of each month and the account has a balance due, he/she will be removed from the class.
How do I reschedule a class if my child has a time conflict or becomes sick?
Call or stop by the front desk and speak to our office assistant about rescheduling.
If my child drops a class, do I get a refund, or do you credit my account?
United Cheerleading will be happy to issue a credit to the account for enrollment in future classes or the credited amount can be transferred to another child enrolled in classes at the gym.
Am I eligible for a discount if I have more than one child enrolled in a program at United Cheerleading or if my child is in more than one class?
There is a 10% discount on students enrolled in two classes or if multiple children are enrolled in any tumbling, cheerleading or private class.
- *The All-Star program does not qualify for discounts due to the bundling of classes and the discounted rate of the program.
How will I know if my child needs to move up a level?
When your child is ready to advance to the next level, your child’s instructor will update you on the progress at the end of the class. However, feel free at any point, to ask about the progression of your child.
